Ingredients
pork
salt
oregano
garlic
banana vinegar
ginger
Directions
  1. Take strips of meat, add salt, oregano, garlic, banana vinegar and ginger and chop them well.
  2. Let rest for about 2 days so that when hanging it over the smoke the salt doesn't fall off.
  3. Start the fire with plenty of wood until it only gives off smoke, no flames.
  4. Two days later as the meat dries, hang it on a wire or rod and turn it on both sides.
