Ingredients

whole chicken, cleaned and well washed

hard-boiled eggs

medium cooked potatoes

garlic cloves, finely chopped

homemade tortillas
lard or margarine
Directions
- Cook the whole chicken with two packages of chicken bouillon and season with garlic, sweet pepper, and celery to taste.
- Drain it in a pot with very hot margarine or lard and brown with achiote.
- Then place it on toasted plantain leaves and stuff with the potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and tortillas around it.
- This is a typical dish from our grandmothers.
