Directions
- Mix the yeast with the 1/2 cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon of sugar, cover and let ferment for 10 minutes.
- Cream the sugar with the butter, then add the liquids and flour until kneading.
- Knead and let rise for 1 hour in a deep bowl, away from drafts. Once risen, shape into rolls as desired, placing them in previously greased pans. Let rise for one hour and then bake.
