prepared chiverre or chiverre preserve
Directions
- Mix in a bowl the flour, sweet cream, and butter.
- Knead until well compacted.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured table, cut out 20 round portions.
- Then fill them with the chiverre and close them with a fork. Place them in a greased and floured pan.
- Preheat the oven to 250°C and bake the empanadas for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
- (Yields 20 empanadas).
