Pozol (Hominy and Pork Stew)

Ingredients
2 pork ribs
1/2 cracked hominy
2 cilantro
1 culantro coyote (sawtooth coriander)
2 onions
1/2 head(s) garlic
1/2 achiote
salt to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the corn well, until it's nice and soft.
  2. Separately cook the ribs with the seasonings, when it has been boiling for 10 minutes, add the vegetables and corn, cook for 30 minutes, when it's almost ready add the cilantro, the ribs, and it's ready to eat.
