Directions
  1. Wash lemon and cut in quarters. Use only peel. Cook in water with salt and 2 teaspoons baking soda to release bitterness.
  2. When tender, remove from heat and remove white part.
  3. Then place about 20 lemon peels in 2 cups water and one cup sugar to have dulce block, 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cloves.
  4. Let jelly form and let thicken.
