Ingredients
10 cooked peeled green bananas
1/2 cup(s) sweet cream
2 eggs
1/2 salt
1/4 cup(s) finely chopped onion
4 flour
1/2 baking powder
1/2 cup(s) ground Turrialba cheese
Directions
  1. In food processor, place hot guineos and rest of ingredients except onion, and process.
  2. Once processed, add onion and mix with hot spoon.
  3. In well-greased skillet, add spoonfuls of paste until golden.
  4. Serve hot at room temperature.
