Ingredients
leaves chicasquil (leafy vegetable)
3 garlic cloves
1 roll(s) culantro (cilantro leaves)
1/2 onion
1 pork
1/2 potato
1 pepper
1 oil
salt to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the chicasquil leaves until they reach a yellow cooked point, chop them finely like culantro, then fry the garlic and onion with a little oil until golden.
  2. Add the pork and finely chopped potato along with the chicasquil leaves, mix well, and finally add pepper and culantro to taste.
