Directions
- Cook the chicasquil leaves until they reach a yellow cooked point, chop them finely like culantro, then fry the garlic and onion with a little oil until golden.
- Add the pork and finely chopped potato along with the chicasquil leaves, mix well, and finally add pepper and culantro to taste.
