Ingredients
1000 gr pork meat
1 piece(s) beer
1 piece(s) scallion stalk, finely chopped
1 piece(s) onion, finely chopped
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. The meat pieces (cut to approximately 6 x 6 cm) are left marinating from the day before with all the seasonings, including the beer.
  2. On the day of preparation, put the meat to cook in 3 cups of water with the marinating juices.
  3. Then, in a pan with little oil, brown to medium doneness or to taste.
