Ingredients
12 piece(s) ears of tender corn
500 gr ground or grated white cheese
1/2 piece(s) grated panela
1 tbsp butter
3 piece(s) beaten eggs
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Shell the tender corn ears. Grind the kernels finely and drain the resulting dough.
  2. Add cheese, panela, butter, eggs and salt to taste to the dough.
  3. Heat a griddle and pour a portion of dough on it. Spread it thin and let it cook until it browns on one side. Turn and brown on the other side.
  4. Serve hot.
