Ingredients
1500 gr stingray
4 tbsp lime juice
3 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 piece(s) white onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
2 piece(s) limes
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Wash the stingray with abundant water and let it soak for 5 minutes in water with the juice of 2 limes.
  2. Bring water to a boil and cook the stingray for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove, drain, and cut into long strips.
  4. Prepare a sauce with lime juice, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, salt and pepper, and in this marinate the stingray strips.
  5. Serve with soda crackers.
