Directions
- Wash the stingray with abundant water and let it soak for 5 minutes in water with the juice of 2 limes.
- Bring water to a boil and cook the stingray for 30 minutes.
- Remove, drain, and cut into long strips.
- Prepare a sauce with lime juice, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, salt and pepper, and in this marinate the stingray strips.
- Serve with soda crackers.
