Ingredients
500 gr achira starch or flour
2 piece(s) egg yolks
250 gr melted butter
500 gr fresh cuajada, ground with a fork
500 gr yellow corn flour
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients, knead well until achieving a homogeneous and manageable dough, and let it rest a bit.
  2. Then form biscuits with your hands about 5 cm long and 1.5 cm wide; put them on an ungreased baking sheet and take to the oven preheated to 325°F for 20 minutes.
  3. When they brown, remove and let rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Then put them back in the oven so they finish cooking and become powdery.
