gr achira starch or flour

gr melted butter

gr fresh cuajada, ground with a fork

gr yellow corn flour

Directions
- Mix all ingredients, knead well until achieving a homogeneous and manageable dough, and let it rest a bit.
- Then form biscuits with your hands about 5 cm long and 1.5 cm wide; put them on an ungreased baking sheet and take to the oven preheated to 325°F for 20 minutes.
- When they brown, remove and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Then put them back in the oven so they finish cooking and become powdery.
