Ingredients
1 piece(s) large meringue
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
fruits (soursop pulp and thin slices of strawberry, feijoa or peach)
blackberry preserve or arequipe
pinch sugar to taste
Directions
  1. Cut meringue carefully in half, widthwise.
  2. On lower part place some heavy cream mixed with sugar to taste, and slices or portions of fruits bathed with blackberry preserve or arequipe.
  3. Then cover everything with upper part of meringue.
  4. After day of strolling through savanna, Bogotanos return to their homes embraced by sunset and with budding expectation of next holiday.
