fruits (soursop pulp and thin slices of strawberry, feijoa or peach)
blackberry preserve or arequipe
pinch sugar to taste
Directions
- Cut meringue carefully in half, widthwise.
- On lower part place some heavy cream mixed with sugar to taste, and slices or portions of fruits bathed with blackberry preserve or arequipe.
- Then cover everything with upper part of meringue.
- After day of strolling through savanna, Bogotanos return to their homes embraced by sunset and with budding expectation of next holiday.
