Ingredients
750 gr curuba (Andean banana passion fruit)
1 piece(s) liter of water
1 piece(s) liter of milk
10 tbsp sugar
ground cinnamon
ice
Directions
  1. Remove curuba pulp and blend, along with water and sugar. Blend everything for 5 minutes at low speed so seeds don't break up too much.
  2. After this time, add milk and blend for 5 more minutes.
  3. Strain, serve in glasses with ice and sprinkle cinnamon on beverage.
