4 piece(s) green plantains, roasted
500 gr bacon without skin and well fried (chicharrón de almendra)
2 piece(s) scallion stalks
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Mash the plantains very thin with the onion and mix with the chicharrón, making sure everything is hot.
  2. Form into balls, which are served immediately.
