Ingredients
4 piece(s) scallion stalks, chopped
4 piece(s) round onions, peeled and chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
2 piece(s) large tomatoes
1/2 cup(s) achiote-infused oil
2 tbsp butter
parsley, chopped
pinch salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Directions
  1. Sauté everything in the oil and a bit of butter for 15 minutes.
  2. It should result in a good sauce, flavorful and aromatic, and somewhat thick.
