2 piece(s) scallion stalks, chopped
2 piece(s) round onions, peeled and chopped
2 piece(s) garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp cilantro and chives, finely chopped
salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Bring the water to a boil with the onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cuchas and let cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Serve with the cilantro sprinkled on top.
