gr (1 1/2 kg) beef (rump or top sirloin)

piece(s) white onions, peeled and chopped

clove(s) garlic, chopped

tbsp butter

tbsp oil
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Sauté the garlic in hot oil, remove and crush.
- Pierce the meat a little and season the holes with salt, pepper and garlic.
- In the same fat (or oil) fry the meat turning it until well browned on all sides.
- In a deep pan sauté a little onion in butter, add ½ cup of water and add the meat.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°, for 25 minutes for medium or more if desired (or on the stove for approximately 20 minutes, covering the pan).
- Serve bathed with its own sauce and a little chopped parsley on top.
