gr pork hocks, cut into pieces

gr green beans, chopped

gr turnips, peeled and cut

gr cabbage, chopped

piece(s) hard-boiled eggs, sliced

tsp capers, chopped

tbsp olives, chopped

tbsp vinegar
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Put hocks to cook in 3 cups of basic broth until tender (approximately 1 hour), add rest of broth and vegetables (carrots, potatoes, green beans, turnips and cabbage) and cook for about 30 minutes, 308 until tender.
- Add olives, capers, vinegar, salt and pepper (keeping in mind that capers and olives already have salt).
- When serving, garnish plates with egg slices.
