Ingredients
1500 gr lamb slices
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
2 piece(s) round onions, chopped
2 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, chopped
4 piece(s) bay leaves
1 tbsp thyme, ground
1 1/2 cup(s) water
2 tbsp wheat flour
2 piece(s) egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Degrease the slices and fry in a mixture of butter and oil; brown on both sides, add the onions, tomatoes, bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper, sauté everything, stirring, and let rest.
  2. Separately, dissolve the flour in water and pour over the slices.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring, for 20 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the yolks and cream, remove from heat and let rest a few minutes.
