Ingredients

kg bacon (pork skin with fat)
2
tbsp baking soda
pinch salt to taste
Directions
- Take the bacon and cut off all the fat completely, leaving the skin clean, without bristles.
- Hang to dry in the sun for 5 days, cut portions and fry, remove, let cool and salt.
- Then refry in very hot lard until it puffs up and toasts.
