Ingredients
1 kg bacon (pork skin with fat)
2 tbsp baking soda
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Take the bacon and cut off all the fat completely, leaving the skin clean, without bristles.
  2. Hang to dry in the sun for 5 days, cut portions and fry, remove, let cool and salt.
  3. Then refry in very hot lard until it puffs up and toasts.
