Ingredients
2 cup(s) barley flour
500 gr potatoes, peeled, cooked and chopped
3 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs
125 gr butter
pinch pepper and salt to taste
oil
Directions
  1. Toast the barley flour in a pan.
  2. Grind with the potatoes, eggs, butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Knead well and grind again, form the canches (little balls) which are fried (or baked) until they brown.
