Directions
- This soup is prepared in individual clay pots, putting ½ cup milk and another ½ cup broth, salt and pepper.
- Bring to medium heat until they boil.
- Separately, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until they brown.
- Place portions of the calados and almojábanas in the clay pots, a slice of cheese, a teaspoon of onion and a teaspoon of cilantro, let boil 2 minutes, put a raw egg in each portion and a teaspoon of cream on top, lower the heat and serve very hot.
