Ingredients
For the dough:

flour
½
lard
½
margarine
salt to taste
cold water
For the filling:
very ripe plantain
sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and red food coloring
Directions
- Mix and knead without sticking to hands or table. Roll out with a rolling pin. Cut circles with a cutter, add filling, close, and press the edge with a fork. With scissors make two slits on top (angled).
- Cook the plantains in water, mash, and add the other ingredients.
