pinch of cloves
liquor to taste
Directions
- In a pot put the milk with sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
- Beat the yolks with cornstarch and half a cup of milk; then beat the whites separately until stiff peaks.
- When the milk is hot add yolks and whites, beat for 6 minutes with a whisk.
- Strain and let cool and add the liquor.
