ripe ayote squash (choose dry with intense yellow color)

cup(s) chopped fruit and/or fig

cup(s) syrup prepared with cinnamon and fig leaves
Directions
- Cook the ayote until soft, mash it.
- Mix with all ingredients: eggs, sugar, flour, milk, spices.
- Pour into greased pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
