bunch beet greens

potatoes with skin

lard
Directions
- Wash the beet greens well and cook them, and also cook the potatoes for 30 minutes.
- Then let them drain.
- Peel the potatoes when they're cold and cut them into cubes. Chop the leaves as well.
- In a pot, add the lard, the leaves, and the chopped potatoes. Mix everything. Add salt to taste.
- Then serve in tacos.
