Picadillo de Papa con Hojas de Remolacha (Potato and Beet Greens Hash)

Ingredients
1 bunch beet greens
1/2 potatoes with skin
1 lard
Directions
  1. Wash the beet greens well and cook them, and also cook the potatoes for 30 minutes.
  2. Then let them drain.
  3. Peel the potatoes when they're cold and cut them into cubes. Chop the leaves as well.
  4. In a pot, add the lard, the leaves, and the chopped potatoes. Mix everything. Add salt to taste.
  5. Then serve in tacos.
