Linguine with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

400 gr linguine
100 gr sun-dried tomatoes in oil
bunch basil
pinch oregano
bunch parsley
pinch salt
Directions
  1. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and heat part of the preserving oil in a pan.
  2. Cook the pasta al dente in abundant salted water, drain it and add the tomatoes with a handful of finely chopped parsley and basil.
  3. Dress with the remaining preserving oil.
  4. When serving, sprinkle with oregano.
