gr sun-dried tomatoes in oil
bunch basil
pinch oregano
bunch parsley
pinch salt
Directions
- Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and heat part of the preserving oil in a pan.
- Cook the pasta al dente in abundant salted water, drain it and add the tomatoes with a handful of finely chopped parsley and basil.
- Dress with the remaining preserving oil.
- When serving, sprinkle with oregano.
