Empanadas with Arracache and Blackberry Honey

½ cup(s) arracache
¼ queso
2 mantequilla
½ cup(s) natilla
1 harina
1 aceite
Ingredientes de la miel:
3 arracache rallado
½ arracache
2 azúcar
1 sliver(s) canela
½ cup(s) agua

Directions
  1. Dough preparation:
  2. Mix the butter, cheese, natilla, and arracache.
  3. Then incorporate the oil and gradually add the flour until a dough forms that doesn't stick to your fingers.
  4. Form empanadas and fill them with the arracache and blackberry honey.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at medium temperature.
  6. Honey preparation:
  7. Blend the blackberries in the half cup of water, strain and keep the liquid.
  8. Then, bring the blackberry juice to a boil along with the sugar and cinnamon stick over low heat.
  9. When it begins to boil, gradually add the arracache and stir the mixture constantly.
  10. Let it boil for approximately 45 minutes at low temperature.
  11. Once all the liquid has evaporated, remove from heat and let cool.
  12. Serve and enjoy.
  13. You can use it to accompany bread or as a filling for making breads.
