Directions
- Dough preparation:
- Mix the butter, cheese, natilla, and arracache.
- Then incorporate the oil and gradually add the flour until a dough forms that doesn't stick to your fingers.
- Form empanadas and fill them with the arracache and blackberry honey.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes at medium temperature.
- Honey preparation:
- Blend the blackberries in the half cup of water, strain and keep the liquid.
- Then, bring the blackberry juice to a boil along with the sugar and cinnamon stick over low heat.
- When it begins to boil, gradually add the arracache and stir the mixture constantly.
- Let it boil for approximately 45 minutes at low temperature.
- Once all the liquid has evaporated, remove from heat and let cool.
- Serve and enjoy.
- You can use it to accompany bread or as a filling for making breads.
