Ingredients
1 gallon milk
rennet
salt
Directions
  1. Add ½ teaspoon of rennet to the gallon of milk.
  2. Let it rest for 40 minutes, then beat well, remove the whey, and leave it for the next day.
  3. Then add boiling water, drain well, add the salt and a teaspoon of natilla and shape into small balls so they are nice and tasty.
  4. Serve with tortillas.
