Ingredients
offal (liver and heart)

piece(s) chopped onion

clove(s) chopped garlic

bunch finely chopped celery

piece(s) hands of peeled green bananas, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash offal and heart well and cut into small pieces. Cook in water with pepper, onion, garlic, celery, oregano, salt, and pepper for approximately 45 minutes.
- When meat is tender, add guineos in pieces so they release their color and broth turns black.
- Add salt to taste. When guineos are tender, enjoy the frito with white rice.
