Ingredients
offal (liver and heart)
1 piece(s) sweet pepper
1 piece(s) chopped onion
2 clove(s) chopped garlic
1 bunch finely chopped celery
2 piece(s) hands of peeled green bananas, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Wash offal and heart well and cut into small pieces. Cook in water with pepper, onion, garlic, celery, oregano, salt, and pepper for approximately 45 minutes.
  2. When meat is tender, add guineos in pieces so they release their color and broth turns black.
  3. Add salt to taste. When guineos are tender, enjoy the frito with white rice.
