Ingredients

package(s) masa (corn dough)

and a half of leche agria (sour milk)

cup(s) and a half of sugar

finely grated cheese

one and a half finely grated coconuts
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients very well.
- In a very dry iron pot, add one kilo of cold ash without charcoal, cover with enough plantain or banana leaves (about 3 layers), so that they extend out of the pot to cover the mixture once added.
- Add the mixture.
- Cover very well with the leaves and place half a kilo of ash on top.
- Cover the pot with a flat tin and place small pieces of firewood on top.
- Cook over moderate heat for three hours.
