Ingredients
1 kg rice
1/2 kg sugar
2 piece(s) cinnamon sticks
10 piece(s) cloves
1 L milk
1 sour cream (natilla)
3 piece(s) egg yolks
1 tsp achiote
Directions
  1. Cook with enough water and add cinnamon and cloves with pinch of salt. When rice is cooked, add milk and sugar.
  2. Pour into mold. Separately beat three yolks with natilla and pour over rice. Bake for one hour.
