Ingredients
6 cup(s) milk
250 gr sour cream (natilla)
4 piece(s) eggs
240 gr cornstarch
1 cup(s) sugar
1 piece(s) stick of butter
raisins to taste (optional)
Directions
  1. Boil milk with sugar (reserve some to mix cornstarch).
  2. Once boiled, remove from heat and add: natilla, butter, and eggs (previously beaten).
  3. Once all ingredients are mixed by hand or mixer, place mixture over heat until boiling. Remove from heat, add raisins, and bake at 350°C for approximately one hour.
