1/4 margarine
2 cup(s) flour
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 piece(s) egg
1/3 cup(s) milk
1/2 piece(s) stick of margarine
1/2 tsp achiote (filling)
drops of red food coloring
1 cup(s) flour
1 piece(s) egg
1/3 cup(s) water
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup(s) ground cheese
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 tsp hibiscus
1/2 tsp cloves
Directions
  1. Dough preparation: In the mixer, put all dry ingredients and beat until crumbs form, then combine with milk and egg together.
  2. Roll out the dough, make rounds, and fill them.
  3. Bake until golden at 350°C.
  4. Filling ingredients: In a pot, melt the margarine with achiote. Separately, add the melted margarine to the dry ingredients along with the liquids.
  5. Mix everything well.
