2
piece(s) white onions, cut into strips

Directions
- Take several mint leaves and chop them until you have 1 generous tablespoon.

- Grind and knead this dough very well. Take several egg-sized portions and shape them into an oval form that ends in a point at both ends, like zeppelins.
- The filling is made by mixing the other pound of ground beef, onions cut into strips, pine nuts, butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Make a hole in one end of each ball through which a little of the filling is inserted, then close it.
- Fry the kibbeh in very hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve with lime wedges.
