250 gr cuajada (cheese curd)
125 gr butter
2 piece(s) eggs, beaten
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
Directions
  1. Remove the kernels from the cobs and grind the kernels, mix with the rest of the ingredients and beat until achieving a soft dough.
  2. Prepare a hot greased griddle and take spoonfuls of the dough, drop them on the griddle; grill until they brown and flip.
  3. Always serve with grilled lamb meat.
