Directions
- Remove the kernels from the cobs and grind the kernels, mix with the rest of the ingredients and beat until achieving a soft dough.
- Prepare a hot greased griddle and take spoonfuls of the dough, drop them on the griddle; grill until they brown and flip.
- Always serve with grilled lamb meat.
