one-eighth of grated cheese (preferably yellow)

Directions
- Pour the two cups of sugar with the stick of butter into the mixer, until it creams, add the eggs one by one, alternating with the dry ingredients.
- Then add the teaspoon of vanilla, then gradually add the grated yuca alternating with the natilla and beat for about 5 minutes at moderate speed until well mixed.
- Finally, add the grated yuca afterwards in small portions until everything is well mixed. Transfer to a previously greased and floured pan, baking at 300° for about 30 minutes, then remove from the oven to add the brown sugar or grated dulce (on top), bake again for about 15 minutes.
