salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a pot with water, cook the yuca (cassava) with a little salt.
- When it is cooked, drain the water.
- Mash the yuca, add the cheese, flour, garlic, onion, bell pepper, culantro, salt and pepper to taste.
- Knead everything to form the fritters.
- Beat the eggs with a little salt.
- Dip the fritters in the egg and fry them in the margarine until golden brown.
