Ingredients
1 yuca (cassava)
1 cup(s) flour
1 bag of natilla (sour cream)
1 cup(s) sugar
5 eggs
2 cream cheese
1 baking powder
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk (for the end)
Directions
  1. Grate the raw yuca, gradually incorporate all the ingredients.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes, when you insert a knife and it comes out dry, remove from the oven and pour the condensed milk on top.
  3. Return to the oven to brown for 10 minutes; be careful that the condensed milk doesn't burn.
