yuca (cassava)

bag of natilla (sour cream)

cup(s) sugar

can(s) sweetened condensed milk (for the end)
Directions
- Grate the raw yuca, gradually incorporate all the ingredients.
- Bake for 30 minutes, when you insert a knife and it comes out dry, remove from the oven and pour the condensed milk on top.
- Return to the oven to brown for 10 minutes; be careful that the condensed milk doesn't burn.
