Ingredients
1 1/2 cup(s) rice
2 L milk
1 powdered milk
1 can(s) condensed milk
1 tsp nutmeg
3 piece(s) cinnamon sticks
5 piece(s) cloves
1/2 kg ground cheese
1 tsp achiote
2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 sour cream (natilla)
2 piece(s) eggs
1/4 cup(s) sugar
Directions
  1. Cook rice slowly with one box milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves. Add rest of milk until soft. Then add condensed and evaporated milk. Dissolve powdered milk in 1 cup water, add, and stir constantly.
  2. Then add butter, achiote, sugar, and lastly cheese.
  3. Place in mold and bake. When browning, add natilla, eggs, and sugar previously mixed on top.
