Directions
- Cook rice slowly with one box milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves. Add rest of milk until soft. Then add condensed and evaporated milk. Dissolve powdered milk in 1 cup water, add, and stir constantly.
- Then add butter, achiote, sugar, and lastly cheese.
- Place in mold and bake. When browning, add natilla, eggs, and sugar previously mixed on top.
