cup(s) ground tapa de dulce (unrefined cane sugar)
hibiscus to taste

L milk

tbsp butter

can(s) small condensed milk

tsp achiote (annatto)
Directions
- Cook rice with milk and hibiscus.
- When soft, stir constantly until rice is soft. Pour into mold and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Cut into squares and ready.
