Ingredients
1 cup(s) rice
2 cup(s) ground tapa de dulce (unrefined cane sugar)
hibiscus to taste
1 L milk
1 tbsp butter
1 can(s) small condensed milk
1/2 tsp achiote (annatto)
Directions
  1. Cook rice with milk and hibiscus.
  2. When soft, stir constantly until rice is soft. Pour into mold and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Cut into squares and ready.
