Directions
- Boil these ingredients for 10 minutes and strain.
- Add to this: rice, milk, achiote, margarine, salt.
- Cook previous ingredients until rice bursts.
- Add to this: natilla, sugar, cheese.
- Mix well and place in greased mold.
- Second part: Mix these ingredients well.
- Cover rice with this mixture and bake in preheated oven at 350°C for approximately 20 minutes.
- When golden, turn off oven and remove.
- Let rest and cut when cold.
