Ingredients
7 tender corn ears, peeled and grated
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk, large
1 sweet cream
5 eggs
1 cup(s) sifted flour
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 baking powder
1 butter
Directions
  1. Blend everything together, place in a greased pan and bake for 25 minutes at medium heat. Turn off when it's golden.
  2. Ideal as a dessert or to accompany with a little coffee.
