Ingredients
6 egg whites
6 egg yolks
cup(s) sugar
cup(s) flour
1 baking powder
1 salt
½ cup(s) orange juice
Syrup:
1 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) strawberry juice
Frosting:
2 sweet cream
1 vanilla
5 sugar
Filling:
1 large cream cheese
1 can(s) condensed milk
1 basket of strawberries
4 limes
Directions
  1. Beat the egg whites and when they reach stiff peaks, add the sugar little by little.
  2. Beat the egg yolks by hand and add the orange juice.
  3. Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
  4. When everything is ready, fold into the egg whites the flour, egg yolks, and orange juice simultaneously, but little by little.
  5. Place in a greased and floured container and bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Filling: Put the cream cheese, condensed milk, and lime juice in the blender and blend.
  7. Syrup: Mix the ingredients and cook until they boil for five minutes.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Frosting: Beat the sweet cream with the sugar and vanilla until it forms whipped cream (the sweet cream must be very cold).
