Directions
- Beat the egg whites and when they reach stiff peaks, add the sugar little by little.
- Beat the egg yolks by hand and add the orange juice.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
- When everything is ready, fold into the egg whites the flour, egg yolks, and orange juice simultaneously, but little by little.
- Place in a greased and floured container and bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Filling: Put the cream cheese, condensed milk, and lime juice in the blender and blend.
- Syrup: Mix the ingredients and cook until they boil for five minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Let cool.
- Frosting: Beat the sweet cream with the sugar and vanilla until it forms whipped cream (the sweet cream must be very cold).
