500 gr beef ribs, chopped
250 gr tender yellow corn
250 gr green beans
250 gr eggplant (small squash), peeled and chopped
250 gr (250 g) ahuyama (Colombian pumpkin), peeled and chopped
250 gr potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 piece(s) ripe tomato
3 piece(s) cabbage leaves, chopped
2 piece(s) green onion stalks
2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
1 piece(s) bunch of guascas (Colombian herb)
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 piece(s) teaspoon of green cilantro seeds
1 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
pinch salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Directions
  1. Cook ruyas (local vegetable) with seasonings.
  2. Simmer until tender.
