piece(s) chillangua (wild coriander), ground

piece(s) teaspoon of poleo (Andean mint), ground
pinch salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Directions
- Wash the pianguas well and boil in water for 10 minutes until they open.
- Remove and shell.
- In the broth cook the plantains for 25 minutes.
- Add refrito, pianguas, salt and pepper, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add coconut milk and serve.
