1500 gr (1 1/2 kg) bocachico fish (or dorado)
2 piece(s) green plantains, peeled and broken by hand
750 gr yuca (cassava), peeled and chopped
500 gr potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup(s) hogao (tomato-onion sauce) [see p. 319]
1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
2 piece(s) lemons (juice)
pinch salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Directions
  1. Cook fish with vegetables and seasonings.
  2. Simmer until fish is done.
  3. Serve hot with rice.
