Ingredients
1/2 kg cecina
2 piece(s) plátanos (en patacones)
1 piece(s) rollito de fideos cabello de ángel
1 piece(s) huevo batido
1 piece(s) consomé de pollo de res
1 piece(s) poquito de culantro al final
Directions
  1. Cut green plantains into slices and fry.
  2. Flatten while hot and fry again until golden.
  3. In pot with water, cook with aromatics, bouillon, and salt.
  4. Add patacones and cook few minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
